As a senior consultant in industrial engineering, you have the opportunity to play a leading role in our exciting construction projects around our 40 regional companies. You will not only be responsible for the planning and implementation of these projects, but also initiate and coordinate internal and external partners as well as project participants. Your expertise and strategic decisions will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our projects are implemented on time, cost-effectively and in the highest quality.

This means:

Germany-wide construction projects for warehouse logistics – from initial planning, commissioning to successful handover to the user Close cooperation with external general planners and construction companies Leadership and Sparring Partners of our interdisciplinary project teams Responsibility and ensuring the management of requirements within the projects as well as the central coordination of the processes to ensure the organisation, structure and occupation of the projects seamlessly General control of your project's assignment, cost control, appointment and quality assurance Takeover of the overall planning for long-term project planning and logistics strategy.

Complete study as a civil engineer, architect or economic engineer with a focus on construction extensive know-how in managing and implementing large-scale projects, combined with several years of experience in the construction of industrial buildings; ideally you have successfully carried out projects in all performance phases Ability to analyze and evaluate complex, cross-disciplinary aspects of construction projects. You meet sound strategic decisions and develop innovative solutions to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively Deep knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as BauGB, VOB and HOAI Depending on the project phase, regular travel activities to monitor and manage the project progress on site. Your willingness to travel is up to 5 days a week
