Technical Support Supervisor (m/w/d)

A job that counts: your tasks Contact for our global service organisations and partner companies for the product portfolio of the individual separation systems Consulting partners and internal teams for technical issues, disturbances, initial installations and functional adjustments Creation of standard and customer-specific offers for retrofitting, rebuilding, modernization and spare parts Global support for commissioning, service operations and special projects Maintenance of spare parts price lists and provision of relevant product information Implementation of technical product training and instruction Participation in process optimizations and special projects within the global service organisation Experience that counts: Your skills (m/w/d) or comparable) Multiannual experience in technical support or field service Communication strength, analytical thinking, independent problem solving and structured working German and English skills International readiness to travel up to 50%
