Description of tasks You are a sovereign seller in the Telekom Shop team. In the consultation, you will be convinced as a customer expert, who will use a strong expertise in a targeted manner and will provide our product world alive. With your professional experience, you will be able to meet your colleagues in a partnership and experiential manner.

As a seller in the Telekom Shop, you will take over the following tasks:

• You advise and sell standard products and services
• You take over service activities at the Service Counter including troubleshooting with simple means
• They clarify critical and complex customer concerns and process customer orders according to system specifications, including data management
• They work with product-specific sales promotion measures in the region
• They support the incorporation/instruction of employees in the shop

Requirements They have completed vocational training or other professional experience.

Furthermore, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

• Secure appearance and joy in selling
• knowledge of the Telekom product range or the willingness to acquire it
• High level of target orientation, commitment, flexibility and resilience
• willingness to orient the working time on the commercial opening hours and the customer frequency
• Careful appearance
• Sales and negotiation skills
