• You are a contact person, consultant and savings partner for executives and employees - cooperation with the local works council, e.g. negotiations of business agreements - responsibility for the creation and compliance of personnel planning - expert and disciplinary management of local personnel support - process control and monitoring in the employee lifecycle, including salary rounds and potential meetings

• Completed study or vocational training with additional qualification - Multiannual professional experience in the described field of work, including first leadership experience - communication strength and extensive practical experience in the management of conversation - knowledge in collective and individual law as well as experience in operational integration management - Safe in the application of common office tools, like knowledge in MS Dynamics Navision or SAP HCM
