As a working student (m/w/d), you can use the recruiting of new students from advertising to onboarding. You are the first contact partner (m/w/d) for all questions of our students. You regularly organize internal courses for students and train the student network. You can also support the HR team in day-to-day operations and participate in projects (Active Sourcing, Corporate Health Management or Talent Relationship Management) and introduce your ideas.

You will study an economic or social science, ideally with the focus on personnel. At best, you will have the first experience in the HR field, which you could gain by working students or a closed commercial training. It is fun to look beyond the edge of the plate and to introduce your ideas. Communication strength, team skills and hand-on skills are a feature.
