Working Student (m/w/d) in the Commercial Area Service Contract

You can look forward to this: As a working student (m/w/d), you support us in a variety of administrative and operational activities in the commercial sector. Your main tasks include: Management and implementation of contract changes, e.g. duration extensions, price adjustments or changes in performance volumes Creation of monthly invoices for our customers, including checking and ensuring the accuracy of invoices Support in the processing of customer requests and communication regarding contractual questions and invoices Maintenance of contract and invoice data in our systems Working to optimize processes in contractual and accounting

We look forward to this: You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in an economic or comparable course Ideally, you have already gained first experience in contracting, accounting or similar commercial activities You work structured, conscientiously and are reliable in handling sensitive data Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as an affinity for IT systems (e.g. ERP systems) are advantageous You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You work independently and have a quick understanding
