Commercial assistant, e.g. office clerk, business administration student or pensioner (m/f/d)

You keep an overview and make sure that our fleet management processes run smoothly – with a clear focus on quality and reliability: You take over the collection, structured tracking and complete documentation of claims for defects and damages. You co-ordinate all processes, keep time limits in mind and ensure transparent communication. You independently reckon damage according to the General contract for the use of freight wagons (AVV). You check the claim bases, prepare all relevant documents and answer the final billing, including documentation.

You are a student of business administration or pensioner (m/w/d) or have a commercial background and a minijob? Do you want to bring your curiosity, care and learning pleasure into practice in fleet management? You have a hand for numbers and can quickly think about business relationships? Great! Furthermore, you are ideally convinced by the following skills: Safe handling of MS Office High IT/PC affinity and the ability to work quickly into new software and data systems Motivation to build knowledge about the general contract for the use of freight cars Willingness to gain practical experience in damage regulation in rail transport
