The Department of Disposal and Disposal Systems (VEA) operates the necessary central plants and facilities and expands them in a sustainable manner.

We are looking for the Facility Management (FM), Department of Waste Management and Waste Management (VEA) as soon as possible a specialist / specialist (w/m/d) waste management. Part time 50% Facility Management (FM-VEA) indefinite at the next possible time Parttime 24.660,00 to 25.710,00 EUR gross per year

Responsible management of waste disposal: You organize and control the disposal of conventional (non-radioactive) waste at all KIT locations, in compliance with statutory and internal regulations. Competent consulting & technical evaluation: You advise internal and external waste producers and independently undertake the classification and technical evaluation of waste in accordance with waste laws. Selection and establishment of efficient disposal routes taking into account legal, ecological and economic aspects. Coordination & Collaboration: You control and coordinate cooperation with external waste management services providers as well as relevant internal interfaces. Legally secure documentation: You create and check all transport and disposal documents (e.g. accompanying documents, ADR transport documents) and ensure their completeness. Transparency: You collect and check waste quantities as well as the associated invoices and create meaningful evaluations and reports. Project management: You accompany construction and infrastructure projects (in particular refurbishment/destruction) and participate in tenders.

Commercial or technical training: You have completed commercial training or training as a specialist (w/m/d) for circular and waste management, as a provider and disposer (w/m/d) or comparable, with experience in office activities. Professional experience: Ideally, you have already experience in the organization and implementation of waste management processes, in the classification of waste and in the project management. Expertise: You have very good computer skills. Soft Skills: Embossed communication and team skills as well as a careful, systematic and reliable way of working.
