Responsibility for the Shopify Plus platform: you take all responsibility for the operation and continuous optimization of our Shopify Plus online shop Requirement management: formulation, recording, specification and prioritization of requirements to ensure that the shop works optimally and new features are implemented user-oriented Shop optimization: continuous analysis of shop performance and user experience, identification of optimization potentials (conversion rate, charging times, UX) and implementation of improvements Interface to development teams: close cooperation with internal and external development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the timely implementation and quality of technical developments New features and integrations: responsibility for the planning and introduction of new Shopify features as well as the integration of third-party solutions (e.g. 8returns, klaviyo, reviews.io, malomo, gorgias etc.) Project Management: Management of projects to further develop the online shop, including time planning, budgeting and coordination with various stakeholders

Complete studies in the field of business information technology, e-commerce, marketing or a comparable qualification Professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable role, preferably in e-commerce Deep experience with Shopify and comprehensive technical understanding of the platform Experience in request and project management Basic knowledge of optimizing e-commerce platforms (UX, conversion rate optimization, SEO, etc.) High level of self-initiative, enforcement capacity and structured working
