Degree in law (1st and 2nd State exams) or Master's degree in Business Law Generalist with profound experience in areas of contract, commercial, civil and corporate law, compliance and risk management Long-term professional experience, in particular in the context of international corporate structures, preferably through experience in a firm or a corporate law department Good understanding of economic and technical relations Organizer as a single fighter Joy in communicating legal matters in a comprehensible way Self-confident appearance, enforcement and diplomatic negotiation skills Local travel activities Very good knowledge of German and English
