Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Deadline Join our team and Be You Be Aptar Aptar is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our HR Germany team. In this role, you are responsible for the independent, correct and timely implementation of the salary billing and for the complete and compliance-compliant processing of all relevant data. The setting is possible across locations and can be done at any of our four German main locations (Radolfzell, Villingen, Dortmund, Freyung).

Input of content-relevant data into the payroll system Execution of checks/checks throughout the wage and salary accounting process in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements Project work on the introduction of a new Payroll / Time & Attendance System Cooperation with internal actors to complete all processes related to payroll accounting (e.g. finance) Ensuring communication and reporting to the local authorities and/or external partners Ensuring the correct transmission of the relevant data to the salary accounting system

We are looking for an experienced, detailed payroll specialist with a deep understanding of pay and salary billing as well as safe handling of billing systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP or Sage. Education Completed commercial training and at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field Required skills Very good knowledge of the wage billing process and all related activities Knowledge of salary accounting systems (SAP and Sage) Customer orientation, detail accuracy and quality orientation Analytical and problem-solving thinking Very good communication skills, organizational skills and time management skills Recommended competences Experience with SuccessFactors and Ticketing Tools Experience in a shared service center environment and project work Very good English skills
