Preparation and preparation of tenders for training centres Care of external job portals as part of recruiting trainees Supporting the selection process for trainees, such as the preparation and implementation of the diagnostic test procedures Applicants management, advice and information Support in the administrative setting process from contract creation to start of training Support in the revision and optimization of internal processes and processes within the setting process Support of the training team in training marketing, including trade fairs or school visits if applicable. Supporting our training team in operational daily business

You will get a comprehensive insight into the area of vocational training and organisation of the aforementioned areas of responsibility, which we centralize from our Munich location for our entire trading group in Germany.

We enable you to gain valuable expertise and operational experience in the personnel sector.

Course: Business Administration (mostly with a focus on staff), (economic)psychology or comparable courses

Language knowledge: very good German knowledge in word and writing

IT knowledge: deepened knowledge of how to deal with MS Office/M365

Personal competencies: You have very good organizational skills and you like to work in processes. You work independently and reliably and will gladly bring your strengths to the team. A high level of reliability is just as good as the joy of dealing with people.

Other: Valid driving permit for cars with appropriate driving practice (by agreement further locations in other Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle centres, such as at our locations in Augsburg, Nuremberg or Würzburg).
