As a Program Manager (m/w/d) Defence – Land Domain, you assume the holistic responsibility for the activities of our PLATH Systems& Integration in the field of land – from business development to program and project execution to customer support. The topics of the German customer are expressly excluded.

Construction and further development of the Land business unit Overall coordination and strategic development of activities in the land domain End-to-end control of the program as a profit center with own P&L Responsibility for business development, sales and customer communication Control of complex programs and projects in a matrix organization Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams Management of risks, escalations and critical project situations Close cooperation with internal areas, the management and companies of the PLATH Group Ensuring compliance and regulatory, security-relevant and export control requirements

Complete studies, e.g. engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable Long-standing experience in program or project management in the security or defence industry Detectable successes in managing complex programs Knowledge of contract law, risk management and international business practices Experience in dealing with public military clients in the defence environment Experience with projects in the field of land is an advantage Multiannual leadership experience and strong decision-making and enforcement Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and sovereign appearance German and English skills readiness for the necessary safety review
