Your working hours: Monday to Friday between 04:00 and 20:00

♪ Your tasks

• Preparation of food
• Contact person on site for customer and table guest
• Ensuring business requirements (purchase, food planning, budget maintenance, cash accounts and monthly accounting)
• Guided tour and business management of the entire gastronomy area
• Compliance with statutory hygiene guidelines and HACCP
• Implementation of quality standards and internal BONVITA requirements
• Planning and implementation of customer events
• Leadership of the team on site (service plan, holiday planning, time recording)

• You master modern and light cuisine as well as the loving preparation of traditional dishes from the region.
• You ensure smooth operation while maintaining the highest hygiene, quality requirements.
• You are a trained cook / cook and have optimal experience in the community laying.
