Head physician for the Clinic for Acute and Emergency Medicine (m/f/d)

We are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) full time. The EUREGIO-KLINIK is a comprehensive emergency provider that guarantees the acute and emergency care for the entire county of Grafschaft Bentheim. In order to further professionalise this important pillar of the hospital, the previous central patient intake (ZPA) is reestablished as an independent clinic for acute and emergency medicine with occupation of the position. In addition to the stationary and outpatient emergency care, the reception station with 8 beds and the elective patient reception of the clinic are assigned. The clinic for acute and emergency medicine has a very high technical expertise for interdisciplinary care: Four doctors from different disciplines are already assigned to the clinic with the additional name of the Clinical acute and emergency medicine. Another personal expansion is planned. The spatial and technical equipment also allows a differentiated emergency medical therapy at the highest level. Clinical acute and emergency medical care is 24 months. For the successful establishment and sustainable development of the independent clinic, we are looking for a senior physician (m/w/d) for acute and emergency medicine at the next possible time.

Ideally you are a specialist (m/w/d) in a surgical area. The fields of internal medicine, anaesthesiology, neurology are also welcome. Obligat is the additional denomination of Clinical acute and emergency medicine as well as several years of experience in emergency recordings in senior function. In addition to broad clinical expertise, you have well-founded organizational and conceptual skills. You are an entrepreneurial thinking leader, acting structured and with a clear view for economic and organizational relationships. Their leadership style is distinct from communication strength, a diplomatic skill and a motivational force, which will enable you to unite your team behind the common goal of designing interdisciplinary and cross-interface processes.
