Administrative staff (m/f/d)

You are a central interface to our machine fillers in the field service and the 'Backoffice' of our machine world You take care of everything about the billing of our tourers: You are responsible for the data exchange between their processing computer and our computer, for the correct booking with us in the system and are their first contact person in the company and on the phone You take care of all master files around our machines and customers You work on our accounting, our workshop and our sales department You are also contact for customers as well as for our employees You support regular commission billing as well as planning the external service vehicles Your working day starts at 7 a.m. (of course you can go home sooner)

Commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade) Several years of professional experience in material processing or comparable Very reliable and careful operation Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication skills, friendly appearance and enforcement Structured and independent operation Organisational skills and team skills Good understanding of figures
