We are looking for a dedicated specialist in the field of pay billing that controls the monthly bills with precision, discretion and sense of responsibility. You also work closely with colleagues from the HR department and act as the first contact person/first contact person for all questions relevant to the charge. In this key role, make sure that every euro that is responsible for the HR department flows correctly and on time, making an important contribution to the success of the company. Individually responsible implementation of monthly wage and salary bills for more than 500 employees Maintenance of personnel master files and handling of all notifications and certificates Competent contact person for employees in all relevant questions Processing travel cost accounting and participation in exciting HR projects Analysis and optimization of accounting processes to ensure high data quality Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as HR, financial accounting and executives
