Building for Logistics

As a construction manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the smooth implementation of our turnkey and energy-efficient large-scale construction projects in the field of logistics. You enter projects in a specific region – we are currently looking for support throughout Germany. Together with your team, you are a key player for all the trades and make sure everything goes perfectly together. You coordinate, guide and monitor the entire design from technical and economic points of view Building and coordination with authorities and specialist engineers are your daily tasks You write off after-contracting services, forget them to qualified partners, monitor their execution and rectify them after performance is completed You coordinate GOLDBECK's own services and make sure that You are seamlessly integrated into the construction process

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering / architecture or completed training in the field of civil engineering Ideally experience in the construction and project management of turnkey commercial properties Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Communication strength paired with high self-initiative and structured working Regional and Germany-wide readiness for the duration of the projects
