Head of complex consulting projects at the interface of strategy, organisation and real estate management – from concept to implementation Development of sustainable strategies and organisational models for public and private clients Technical and methodological leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring structure, quality and efficient cooperation Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through trusting, solution-oriented cooperation Responsibility for project quality, budget and results including control, quality assurance and stakeholder communication Further development of our consulting approaches, methods and tools by introducing best practices Coaching and further development of consultants Support team management in the further development of our consulting services in the areas of strategy, organisation and transformation

Successfully completed studies of the Department of Economics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Administration, Organizational Psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in strategic consulting or a comparable environment, ideally related to real estate, organisational development or asset management Detectional experience in managing complex consulting projects and coordinating teams, customers and interfaces Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Experience with consulting tools and methods Impressive analytical and conceptual skills with a clear look for feasibility and effect Leadership at eye level that has motivated, structured and joy in the further development of people and teams Sovereign, convincing appearance and strong communication skills at management and decision level
