You take over the advice of all legal matters arising, in particular in procurement law, in building and architect law, but also in administrative law, energy law or IT law You take over the contract, in particular the consultation of the awards and contracts, with the participation in the design of innovative procurement strategies and contract models.

You have a successfully completed degree of legal knowledge (1 and 2 legal state exams) and subsequently at least two years of practical experience in real estate law or Building and architectural law and/or contract law (ideally confirmed by the visit of specialist training courses). Further requirements: You are characterized by a structured, careful and targeted way of working You understand that You are self-confident and are able to convey complex legal matters to the addressee. You work in a customer-oriented, structured, independent and result-oriented manner and have a pronounced ability to connect thinking and acting Your profile will be rounded off by excellent written and oral communication and expressiveness, and you will be able to provide certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). You have the ability and willingness to guide a service car (pool vehicle)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E13 Group to the E15 TV‐L (approximately €59.300,00 – approx. € 96.800,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to take the same status of the applicants up to an office of the grade A 15 LBesO A.
