Senior Controller (m/f/d)

The controlling is a central part of SpiraTec's corporate management. You work in business, finance and project controlling and are an important interface to management, internal departments, project teams and our international companies. You work closely with these and use data-driven analyses to support developments and decisions in the company. Through analyses and reporting, you are responsible for transparency about business development and support specialist areas and management in business issues. Furthermore, you bring a good understanding of project key figures and their financial relationships. Your tasks at a glance: You analyze economic development up to cost centers and project levels and support in project-related controlling, e.g. in the evaluation of unfinished services and the analysis of relevant key figures The results of profitability analyses and prepares the basis for decisions You can participate in business planning and forecast creation You support financial statements and reporting in the IFRS environment You will see the further development of controlling processes, key figures and reporting structures

You have profound experience in controlling, ideally in corporate or project controlling, alternatively you bring relevant experience from auditing You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or comparable Your work is analytical, structured and solution-oriented You are strong in communication and enjoy working with disciplines and project managers to jointly classify economic developments and create sound basis for decision making You have the ability to make economic connections understandable With reporting and analysis tools, ideally LucaNet, PowerBi and Excel, you already have experience Ideally, you bring knowledge in the context of IFRS 15, project business or annual financial statements You are interested in taking responsibility and developing control structures actively
