We wish you: You have a completed training for meat or food technicians (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you've already gained several years of professional experience in an industrial meat factory and have been able to acquire first leadership experience You bring experience in the collaboration or management of projects within the food industry The production processes of meat processing are perfectly familiar to you and you understand the connections along the entire value chain You know the relevant quality and hygiene standards such as IFS, HACCP, QS or comparable certification systems and apply them safely A structured and analytical way of working distinguishes you as well as your distinct organizational skills You communicate confidently at all levels, take proactive challenges and take responsibility Your own initiative, commitment and a high level of commitment complete your profile.
