Support for technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the technical department (six technical/commercial staff and eleven craftsmen) Reliable technical problem solution from economic, legal and internal aspects Regular visits to identify future maintenance measures Supply and procurement for repairs and ongoing maintenance and cost control and external communication Cross-departmental communication to solve pending tasks Order monitoring, tracking and performance management and audit The team, whose team management is taken over, has, among other things, the following tasks which are coordinated, planned, controlled and taken over in the case of representation: Planning, organisation and control of housing renovations to be carried out with its own staff and external companies coordination of acceptances and transfers for apartments with customer support and independent implementation of housing transfers Implementation of operations in mold cases using appropriate analytical instruments and the introduction of appropriate measures Acquisition and processing of repair messages as well as fast, safe and professionally sound damage image acquisition for the assignment and sustainable handling of repair orders Operations planning of our craftsmen and monitoring a sustainable processing of work orders and monitoring the professional and careful implementation of tasks

You have completed technical training (ideally construction or real estate or similar) and professional experience in this field You have leadership competence and experience in employee responsibility You combine enforcement strength with strong social competence and convince with their team skills You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, commitment and ambition Good knowledge of the common office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as good knowledge of housing system desirable (e.g. WODIS Yuneo) You have a driving licence class 3 or B Your strong communicative skills and organizational talent complete your profile Entrance: immediately or by agreement
