Your tasks:

• Implementation of construction talks on measurement recordings in the pre-series as well as subsequent acceptance/ release and integration in the company's internal measuring room
• Creation and optimization of measurement programs incl. Measurement reports, as well as subsequent customer release and specification
• coordination with customers to RPS or rupture conditions as well as cause analysis in case of non-compliance with the measuring environment
• Updating, checking and integration of CAD data and CSV lists in the area of measurement space
• Planning, programming, implementation and presentation of special analyses in the field of individual and ZSB components in cooperation with quality management and specialist project management
• Creation and analysis of trend and MSA evaluations
• Device testing, tool digitization and optimization of ZSB systems with mobile measuring systems in cooperation with manufacturing and planning
• Support for series measurement activities (points, geometry measurement, evaluation)
• Participation in the qualification of new employees in internal processes
• Support in spare part management of the measuring room

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a quality specialist with the technical orientation
• Found professional experience in measuring technology, ideally in the automotive environment
• Professional relevant professional experience in the field of optical measurement technology (GOM) incl. Programming of measurement programs and creation of customer measurement reports
• Professional understanding of the production process of aluminium and steel press parts (single and ZSB parts)
• Qualification in the area of ZEISS PiWeb (designer) for the preparation and processing of measurement reports
• Good English knowledge, at least B2 level
• Ready to work in 2- and 3-shift operation
• Smart and digital mindset
