Collection, clarification and prioritization of user requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders and definition and control of the entire request process Implementation and testing of system adaptations in cooperation with IT as well as testing of manufacturer developments with regard to their benefit for DACHSER Planning and implementation of tool-specific training as well as provision of 2nd-level support for project managers (m/w/d) Creation and maintenance of system documentation including internal communication of changes and innovations Management of user access, allocation of roles, implementation of onboardings and ensuring smooth license management Creation and evaluation of status reports to support reporting

Complete study of economic informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Reliable professional experience in product management, ideally with Clarity PPM or similar tools Versified handling of the current MS Office Tools Knowledge of agile methods and digital product development processes Impressed communication strength and experience in stakeholder management Very good English skills in word and writing
