You advise our clients independently – with a secure sense of tax and strategic questions and a clear view for the whole. You autonomously assign national and international mandates and introduce yourself to exciting, multi-layered projects – in particular in the fields of corporate and asset succession, inheritance and inheritance tax law as well as corporate law. You work closely with experienced colleagues who support you if necessary. You develop creative design concepts as part of tax-optimized succession strategies and accompany our clients on their way to sustainable solutions. You take assessments and analyses related to tax succession planning and contribute to sound decision-making. You conduct first talks with clients and lay the foundation for trusting and long-term cooperation. You accompany and carry out extinctions of the will and actively participate in the underlying structuring of complex assets. You work in an interdisciplinary manner with tax advisors, tax advisors and lawyers – together with your tailor-made solutions for demanding mandates.

You have successfully completed your second legal state exam, bringing well-founded expertise and ideally several years of professional experience in tax law or asset succession. You are already a specialist lawyer or specialist lawyer for tax law – or you have the clear desire to take this path. We accompany and support you with full conviction. You are burning for demanding questions about inheritance and donation tax and are delighted to link civil and tax aspects together. You will address complex topics with curiosity, structure and sense of responsibility – independent, thorough and always with the aim of finding the best possible solution. You communicate safely and clearly – in German and English – and convince both in personal exchange in the team and in direct contact with clients. You feel at home in the digital world and use modern tools like MS Office with ease to make your work efficient and precise.
