Psychologist / Educator / Job Coach for Youth Projects (m/f/d)

For our youth projects in Friedrichsdorf, we are looking for you to gain part time or full time (20 to 40 hours/week).

Your tasks

• You give young people (15 to 24 years) who are hard to find in the labour market, new life and career prospects. • You build a trust relationship with the participants and accompany them through individual individual coaching and consultations as well as group workshops • You will conduct the conversations in a looking manner (e.g. as a house visit, walk & talk or appointment accompaniment) or at the gsm site. • In order to make the participants easier to move into the labour market, you will form a regional network with companies (e.g. for internships or training places) and social institutions (e.g. debt counselling). • You keep contact with our contacts: inside the employment agency and document the progress of your participants.

Your profile

• Approved professional or academic degree e.g. as a social pedagogue, pedagogue, social worker, educator, psychologist (w/m/d) • Continuing training in coaching and pedagogy, e.g. as trainers, systemic coaches, professional entry attendees (w/m/d) or educational profile • Valuable handling of people in difficult situations • experience in training, counselling or coaching, ideally by young people looking for work • Openness for digital communication (e.g. MS teams, digital coaching platforms) and good self-organization

In the project at the Friedrichsdorf site, you coach our young participants (15 to 24 years) at the gsm site or looking. You treat people with health restrictions and work with the project partners from the region. The concept of this project allows you to work the freedom, holistic, individual and creative with the participants. Coaching means that the participants come back to work themselves and thus experience self-reality. This is how gsm – to make it together.
