Head of Solutions and Processes (m/f/d)

You guide and guide the department solutions and processes in the field of market with the three teams billing, receivable management and market communication, totaling approx. 33 employees. You are responsible for carrying out and ensuring correct, efficient and timely energy-economic processes in the fields of network, sales and measuring station operation. In particular, you are responsible for a correct and timely settlement in all divisions and thus provide the basis for the liquidity of the company. You are principally responsible for the functionality and the development of the ERP system and agree to the requirements with the software partners. Through high quality and a constant improvement of the processes, you ensure a lasting customer satisfaction. In addition, you are responsible for complying with the relevant energy laws, regulations and regulations in your area of responsibility. In-house, you will provide timely figures, data, facts for reports, audits, annual accounts, forecasts and economic planning. You lead three team leaders and report to the department management market. You will ensure the professional and personal qualification of all employees in your department and will agree on the further development plans with personnel development and management.

Prerequisite is a completed degree (Diplom or Master) or Bachelor's degree with multi-year professional experience in accounting, market communication and receivable management as well as personnel management. You have a pronounced affinity for computer systems and ideally experience with sluices, as well as knowledge of energy regulations (e.g. EnWG, StromGVV, GasGVV, AVBFernwärmeV). You expressly have the ability to motivate and guide employees and have the desire to take responsibility and the willingness to participate in unknown areas of activity.
