Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – VZ/TZ Priority: Pay billing

Be part of our team in personnel management! With us, you take on your own responsibility tasks relating to the billing of charges, assists in the care of our HR systems and is a contact person for employees and managers in personal business issues. You get the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and actively contribute to the optimization of our personal processes.

Your tasks: Payments & support: You support the due-time billing, work on personnel changes, and you are an employee for employees and managers in standard billing, tax, social insurance and tariff issues. HR-Systeme & Zeitwirtschaft: You enter our time economy and support the administration and development of our personal economic systems. Seminar & Travel Management: You coordinate training, organize seminar reports and process travel cost accounting. Evaluations & Administration: You first set standard evaluations, certificates and support for monthly and annual work. Processes & development: You contribute to the optimization of our HR processes and support system adjustments and digitalization measures.

What you bring: A completed commercial training – ideally with a further training in the human resources sector (e.g. human resources specialist (IHK)) – or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in human resources management or pay billing. Basic knowledge of labour, social security, wage tax and labour law. Joy in handling HR systems as well as careful, structured and service-oriented operation. Number affinity, discretion and a high sense of responsibility. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with employees and executives.
