In this role, you do not act as a pure:r coordinator:in, but as a proactive, business-oriented control entity that integrates data protection into our business processes. You will become the first:r central:r Contact:in for all data protection issues within the FERCHAU GROUP - and thus an important part of our compliance ecosystem.

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Gummersbach Your responsibility Data protection management system (DSMS) and internal data protection processes: • Development and operation of a group-wide DSMS • Ensure efficient, practical and business-integrated data protection processes • First contact person:in for data protection-related questions of all colleagues:in ''Tagesgeschäft'' • Development of standards, guidelines, data protection information and instruments for the sustainable anchoring of data protection in the organisation

Data protection ''day business'': • Maintenance and continuous updating of the directorate of processing activities • Examination and revision of contract processing contracts (AVV) • Planning, design and implementation of internal data protection training and awareness-raising measures • Consumption, examination, coordination and timely response to requests for data subjects (arrival, deletion, correction, etc.) • First assessment, documentation and notification of data breaches in accordance with Art. 33 and 34 GDPR

Business-related data protection consulting & project management: • Proactive support of departments and projects with the aim of developing data protection-compliant and practical solutions • Assessment of risks and development of feasible, business-oriented solutions • Ensuring ''Privacy by Design & Default'' without unnecessary limitation of business processes

Coordination & Interface Management: • Management of cooperation with the external data protection officer • Close cooperation with internal functions, in particular Corporate Legal & Compliance • Coordination of data protection activities throughout the FERCHAU GROUP
