Materials tester (m/f/d)

Self-preparing and carrying out metallographic studies (stationary and outpatient) Preparation (grinding, polishing) of fiber composite materials Microscopic examination and evaluation of fiber composite materials (macroscopic/microscopic) Continuous, timely execution of mechanical-technological material tests on fiber composite materials (e.g. after qualification: tensile test, bending test, pressure test, shear test) documentation, evaluation and evaluation of the test results and preparation of test protocols Working in the team Using computer-controlled devices Preparation of test instructions for the test methods used and the development of new test methods Support for qualification measures (audit, ring trials, etc.)

Completed design in the field of destructive material testing and/or metallography (e.g. as a material tester, material technician, metalograph or comparable) Safe handling of chemicals/fuels First knowledge in the field of fiber composite technology (CFK/GFK) and outpatient metallography are advantageous Experiences with static and dynamic mechanical testing methods are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office applications Good English skills desirable Teamability and high flexibility Driving licence class B required
