As an essential member of our 13-member HR Specialists and HR Services team, you are driving strategic and operational developments responsibly. These tasks await you You enter a defined area of expertise in close cooperation with the relevant departments in the Bertelsmann Group You answer labour, social insurance and tax questions and advise on topics such as utility vehicles, maternity protection, parental leave, mailing and mobile work Abroad You carry out self-responsive payrolls with the accounting system SAP HCM and start contract supplements and agreements You participate in audits and HR controlling processes You play a key role in optimizing and developing our payroll and HR services and actively shape transformation projects in an innovative environment You work in a highly motivated team that burns for technical innovations and smart solutions
