Digital Mover (m/w/d) We are looking for the civil engineering office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. As a digital mover in the civil engineering office, you take on a key role and drive the digital future actively. They are active in implementing and updating the amts-specific digitalization strategy They keep an overview of the state of amts-specific digitization projects and ensure transparent communication and documentation of progress You plan and control digital change processes with the focus on the integration and information of our employees Your tasks include designing change management with a focus on digitization and evaluating its building blocks and identifying potentials for further optimization and adaptation You are head of the Digitization Working Group in the Civil Engineering Office and represent the Office in the city-wide network of Digital Mover

a completed degree as Bachelor of Arts (Public Management, BWL, Digital Transformation) or a comparable degree (for foreign degrees, the submission of a recognition in Germany is required) Passion for digital processes and a strong interest in shaping change processes Experience in areas such as change management, process management or organizational development is advantageous technical understanding and the ability to identify digital trends and tools – without having to be IT specialist strong communication skills to motivate employees and inspire them for digital transformation Team player/-in with the ability to work across departments and coordinate different interests German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
