Data Protection Expert (m/w/d)

• Tasks*

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG, etc.)
• Support to the Data Protection Officer in the implementation of data protection management, the follow-up of measures and the implementation of audits
• Processing of data subjects and data protection incidents in close coordination with the data protection officer
• Advising and supporting the departments on data protection issues, data protection risk assessment and preparation of data protection impact assessment
• Support of the specialist page in the production and maintenance of the processing directory
• cooperation in the evaluation and verification of contracts with data protection related content (e.g. AV agreements)
• Training and awareness of employees and managers in data protection
• Contact person/in for data protection coordinators in the departments

profile

• Complete studies in the field of law, IT security, business informatics or comparable qualifications and/or equivalent expertise acquired in at least 3 years of professional practice
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of data protection
• Finding knowledge of the GDPR and other data protection laws, certification in the field of data protection (e.g. CIPP/E, UDIS, GDD)
• Basic knowledge of information security management and experience in risk management (information security and/or data protection and/or internal control system) are desirable
• Experience in dealing with data protection management systems
• Analytical thinking and structured working.
• High commitment and team-oriented work
• Communication strength and enforcement ability, ideally experience in IT service provider control of advantage
• Very good German and English skills
