Own-responsible management of housing property communities Communication with owners, advisers and service providers Organisation and implementation of owner meetings Implementation of the decisions and care of the object documents

a completed training in real estate or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in WEG administration desirable Communication strength, negotiation skills and customer-oriented mode of operation Organizational and independent work Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with management software Reliability and teamability
