Widely fanned – Your Tasks Optimization, further development and documentation of the business processes as well as the organisation of construction and execution Development, modelling and maintenance of operations and processes in the banking application system Administration of the Banking System (Institute Settings, Products, Competences, Forming) and the Internal Communication and Information System Administration of general downstream controls and maintenance of the Bank's data control system Support in the creation of authorization concepts and regular re-certification within the IT organisation Maintenance and updating of work instructions Instruction of employees in particular on the areas of organisational processes and new work procedures Support of specialist departments in building and running organizational issues Creation of various evaluations and analyses from the data collections Cooperation in projects

Best placed – Your profile Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the banking sector, as an alternative, you have successfully completed a commercial vocational training and have corresponding professional experience in the field of organization & processes. Cross-sectoral, solution-oriented and conceptual thinking and acting are your strengths. Preferably, you have comprehensive knowledge of the banking application as well as MS Office and a high IT affinity. Self-responsible, structured and reliable work is of course for you. With ready-to-use, flexibility and strong team and communication skills, you can score points.
