Do you want to actively shape the agile transformation of the Competence Center Business Solutions and support teams, executives and project managers to effectively anchor agile working methods in practice? You bring experience in the use of agile methods, recognize the needs of different stakeholders and are you pleased to accompany change constructively? Then you're right with us. You: accompany the agile transformation within Business Solutions and supports teams to sustainably apply agile principles, roles, methods and routines. coachst executives, Product Owner, Scrum Master, project leaders, project leaders and teams in effective use of agile, hybrid and scaled working methods. develops suitable approaches for transformation, digitization and implementation projects together with stakeholders and supports their implementation in the project everyday. moderates workshops, retrospectives, reviews and other agile formats, promotes continuous learning and guides improvements. advances the use of agile methods, appropriate tools and common standards and strengthens transparency, cooperation and outcome orientation across teams. detects obstacles in cooperation, decision-making and work processes at an early stage and supports teams and executives in their solution.

You have practical experience in agile transformations and have already supported teams or organizational units in building agile working methods? Perfect. You: have a successfully completed study of business informatics, computer science, business administration, psychology, organizational development or a comparable qualification. brings several years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Transformation Coach or in a comparable role in complex IT or transformation fields. has well-founded knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean or scaled agile approaches and can use them in a situation-oriented manner. have experience in designing and moderating workshops, trainings, retrospectives and change formats for different target groups. understands complex business and IT processes, can structure requirements and combine agile working methods with governance, project and portfolio structures. communicates safely in German and English, occurs confidently at different hierarchical levels and convinces by empathy, clarity and implementation strength.
