Account Manager (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Social Affairs and Participation of the capital of Stuttgart. The posts must be filled in full-time/part-time (min. 50%) and indefinitely. The Inclusion and Participation Department, through appropriate measures and financial assistance, supports the individual, self-determined lifestyle and promotes equal participation in the Community. Through the transition to the Federal Dispute Act (BTHG), we meet the group of persons with disabilities with two subject areas participation management and two subject areas performance coordination.

You advise people with disabilities taking into account their skills and resources in terms of rehabilitation and participation in SGB IX In the dialogue, you collect individual needs person-centred and apply the BEI_BW demand determination tool You carry out overall plan or participation plan conferences You coordinate the services and network the persons entitled to benefit with offers in their social space and with other rehabilitation bodies and institutions. You also focus on social space-related needs and support the development of appropriate offers As part of your case-handling, you make performance decisions and document them in the overall and participation plan Regularly analyze the situation and check the effectiveness of the respective measures The activity is linked to external services. A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management, Social Economy, Social Work/Social Pedagogy, Social Management, Care and Health Management/Health Management with the focus on Supply Management and Social Area Orientation, or in a comparable course of studies with experience in the field of integration aid Legal knowledge in the relevant regulations of the Social Codes and experience in social law contexts and/or for social service providers Advice and conflict resolution skills as well as communication skills are desirable You are in contact and meet people with disabilities, cooperation partners and others open and empathic
