You support maintaining existing applications and digital processes stable. If something hit, crashes or no longer works as it should, you go in a structured manner, understand the cause and puts order back into the system. During the planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects in the digital environment, we focus on your cooperation. You don't have to run everything alone. Important is that you want to bring first project experience, take responsibility and think proactively. You support us in technical concepts, solution designs and the further development of digital platforms, such as ERP, webshop, website or data solutions. You recognize technical dependencies, document cleanly and help us make solutions that work out of ideas. As a central link between IT, stakeholders and external partners, you make technology tangible for all. In doing so, you bring technical topics to the point that non-techies are also easily picked up. You support system configurations, tests, quality assurance and knowledge transfer. You make sure that solutions not only go live anywhere, but also work in everyday life.

You have collected 1-3 years of professional experience in the digital, technical or IT-related environment, for example in application management, technical project work, product ownership, solution design, IT coordination or a comparable area. If you've already done one or two projects, it's very good. Digital platforms and system logics such as ERP, e-commerce or interfaces are not a new country for you. We do not expect you to master every single tool in your sleep. It is much more important to us that you can quickly work in, see technical relationships and solve problems by method. You have fun getting the best out of existing structures. You don't always need the latest tool, the biggest tech stack or a perfectly funded transformation program. You can work with what is there and make it better step by step. To juggle several topics in parallel and set clear priorities, you can easily fall – even if it becomes more hectic in the daily business. Just as important is a clean way of working: Your documentation is so clear that colleagues are still in trouble for half a year later. Complex technical topics make you tangible in German and English for all, and are the connecting element that actively seeks the exchange to ensure smooth processes; French skills are a plus, but not a must.

You get an annual target of approx. 55,000 to 60,000 euros, depending on experience and fit.
