Management, professional responsibility and coordination of IT operations within the IT department Ensuring stable, secure and modern IT operation (networks, servers, clients, cloud) IT security management, technical data protection as well as building and maintaining a structured IT documentation Support and further development of specialist procedures, user and rights structures and license management Participation in the preparation of meeting documents for public bodies and in the application of funding Technical advice of the offices and support in implementing IT projects Implementation of IT strategies, demand-oriented modern IT services and continuous development of IT operations

Successfully completed studies of administrative informatics, business informatics or computer science or completed IT training Multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks, especially in IT infrastructure, networks, server administration, IT security and Microsoft environments at least three years of professional experience in a management function and ideally in public service Structured, responsible, solution- and service-oriented operation Communication, conflict and team skills as well as the joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and changes Practical knowledge and successes related to Project management IT strategies and Development of IT areas
