For our dedicated team in Nuremberg, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced management of patient management that contributes to ensuring a smooth and efficient accounting of our medical services - we look forward to your application!

The position is grouped into E13.

Tasks:

• Individually responsible management, control and development of patient management (reception, central and decentralized reception units with elective patients and emergency care, archive) at four locations (Klinikum Nuremberg Campus North and South, Hospitals Nuremberg Land Lauf and Altdorf)
• Development and optimization of processes and workflows in compliance with legal framework conditions and a strong focus on patient satisfaction
• Takeover of (digitalization) projects and active participation in the introduction of a new hospital information system (orbis)
• Motivating and evaluating personnel management and active personnel development
• Active interface management with clinical departments and administration departments
• Central contact person for receiving relevant questions for patients, clinics, employees and cost centers
• Deputy Head of Department of Patient Recording and Performance Accounting with its own professional and disciplinary responsibility for patient management

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of health care and/or completed (commercial) training with extensive training in the field of hospital billing/patient reception
• First management experience ideally in healthcare
• Funded MS Office Knowledge and Digital Affinity
• knowledge of Orbis or SAP IS-H of advantage
• Experiences in process and project management of advantage
• Valuable leadership and enforcement with high social competence
• Very good communication skills as well as solution-oriented, structured and independent working methods
