Ensuring customer and cost-oriented damage management in the field of property insurance Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, capacity control and telephone availability in the nationwide network Use of key figures, dashboards and control tools for efficient resource planning Development and further training of your team by training and coaching and performing team discussions and job guidance Own decision-making competence through appropriate commitment and payment powers open and solution-oriented implementation and support of change topics, aspects of modern leadership and all PainPoints. With empathy, you work authentically and trustfully and constructively with employees and executives. You act as the first person for our customers. Participation in projects and special tasks are also part of your new function in damage management
