Your duties

• Customer advice: You serve and advise our customers professionally and convince by your friendly appearance
• Daily business: You are responsible for the processing and management of all transactions and processes in the market as well as the processing of complaints, processing of returns and the collection of goods
• Trade presentation and placement: You create a pleasant shopping atmosphere with an attractive presentation and placement of our products
• Assortment care: They are responsible for the order of goods, the acceptance of goods and the monitoring of stocks of goods and the control of the goods on quality and freshness
• Ready to sell: They ensure the constant readiness to sell and conduct discussions with representatives of industry
• Ensure: They monitor the external and operating system as well as compliance with legal regulations and our operating regulations Responsibility: They lead the market in cooperation with market management and are passionate about high-quality food
• Personal responsibility: Your work areas include staff planning, staff management and ensuring successful training of your trainees
• Inventory: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of inventory

Your profile

• Training: They ideally have a successfully completed vocational training as a commercial specialist, ideally with experience as a market leader or deputy market leader
• Experience and knowledge: You already have experience in food retailing (food, non-food) as well as in the management of personnel and can indicate economic factors and key figures
• Team skills: You are a reliable team player with leadership experience, enforcement capability, and high level of responsibility and performance
• Leadership competence: You have good knowledge of employee management and development
• Commitment and independence: A structured and independent way of working as well as knowledge to motivate and organize your team is a matter of course for you
• Customer orientation and communication strength: They convince by an open, communication-strong and helpful appearance and possess good ways of handling
• IT affinity: They are safe in handling IT applications and already have prior knowledge in the goods industry (e.g. ATOSS, MS-Office, LUNAR)
