Customer Data Quality Steward (m/f/d)

As a customer data quality steward, you act as a central contact person for ensuring and continuously improving data quality in the sales area. You are responsible for the maintenance, structuring and validation of customer data in the CRM and SAP system. Your tasks include the examination and reinstallation of corporate data records in the CRM system and the search and enrichment of business data (e.g. via D&B Hoovers) You take the characterization and support the segmentation of companies and assign them to the corresponding sales areas and regions. In addition to the analysis, coordination and qualification of incoming leads based on defined criteria, you are also responsible for the examination of the webshop orders for completeness and quality incl. the maintenance and transfer of audited data into the SAP system To identify and prioritize relevant accounts, you work closely with sales and support data analysis and interpretation for sales control. With a completed commercial training you are very well prepared for this position. We also welcome cross-comers – much can be learned. Ideally, you already have very good knowledge in handling Microsoft Dynamics as well as the common MS Office applications. In addition, you have a very good organizational capacity incl. a structured operation and a good understanding of operational processes. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. Also in a dynamic environment you feel comfortable. If circumstances change in a project, you can adjust the action or behavior where necessary to achieve your desired goal. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. You speak German and master English so well that you can acquire the most important terms at any time.
