With us you will be guided step by step to the role of the Technical Trainer. You work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility. In the planning, design and execution of technical trainings, you can also take individual modules step by step – in the classroom, in our technical workshop and in the virtual world. You prepare technical topics in a clear way: from basics to electronics/mechatronics to device diagnosis, maintenance and troubleshooting You work on a modern, digital training landscape – including e-learnings, tutorials, how-to-guides and short video-snippets You collect feedback, analyze the training needs and continuously develop content – together with our international trainer network You work with many other areas of expertise and get a deep insight into the world of industrial flushing technology. You take clear tasks in the 2nd level product support step by step and get to know our practice even better

You don't have to be a finished trainer – curiosity, motivation and a solid technical basis are important. Must-haves Completion at a technical school or a completed study in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or comparable Alternatively: You stand shortly before graduation and have first practical experience gained through internships in the industrial environment. Basic technical understanding for electronics/electricity, ideally first contact points with mechanics/hydraulic Fun to explain: You can convey knowledge structured, clear and practical Safe German and good English in word and writing Teamability, openness and pleasure on occasional trips to training sites Nice-to-have First experience in training, tutorials, laboratory care, student work or projects where you have passed on knowledge Affinity for digital learning: e-learning tools, video recording, presentation tools or learning platforms Hands-on-Mentality: You like to screw, take and go things to the ground
