Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

Control and coordination of the specialist planners involved in the planning Leading planning teams in general contractor services Assessment of planning results in terms of economic and terminological feasibility Ensuring predictive timing of planning processes Check of execution planning including Voting with approval authorities and contracting entities Coordination of all involved specialist planners involved in execution planning Date control and control of the process planning and integration in the execution schedule Documentation of individual planning steps Support of the project team, in particular the overall project manager, such as appointment and cost management

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture / civil engineering or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience as a planning coordinator (w/m/d) or in a comparable position in complex SF projects Good knowledge of HOAI and BIM Very good knowledge of Office applications and ideally in AutoCAD as well as a suitable planning software Team spirit, ambition, entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, committed way of working complete your profile
