Become part of our team as team management building cleaning (m/w/d) at our customer in Rüsselsheim in full time.

Your tasks:

• Team leadership (approx. 30 MA), incl. operational planning, coordination of the Holiday planning and participation in the selection and recruitment of new Staff
• Responsible for building cleaning / maintenance cleaning as well as quality check including the associated Documentation
• Ordering material
• Creation of offers and their costing
• Contact to the customer (termination, acceptance, control communication)
• Participation in cleaning (in case of illness or representation)

Your profile:

• training: not required, training for cleaning specialist (m/w/d) or in glass and building cleaning
• Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the field maintenance cleaning is absolutely necessary; first leadership experience advantageously
• Additional qualification: Class B driving licence mandatory
• Knowledge: good knowledge of building cleaning, good MS Office knowledge
• Language knowledge: very good German in word and writing
• Working hours: Mo-Fr 7:00-15:30 p.m.
