HR Manager - Generalist with a focus on personnel development & employer branding (m/f/d)

At the next time and in full time, we are looking for an exclusive HR Manager (m/w/d) for the location in Dägeling near Itzehoe. In this position, you are responsible for the holistic support and development of the staff area for around 100 employees – from recruiting and personnel development to labour law topics and pay billing to HR processes and employer branding.

You are a HR generalist (m/w/d) with a well-founded experience in human resources development and employer branding, have solid knowledge of labour law and pay accounting and want to fully answer and actively develop HR issues? Central contact person for about 100 employees and executives in all personal questions Integrated control of the recruiting and onboarding process from the definition of job requirements to the selection and integration of new employees (m/w/d) Active participation of personnel development through the design and implementation of modern training and training formats Advice on labour law issues and the creation, testing and adaptation of work contracts and personal documents Responsibility for preparing pay billing and coordination and communication with external service providers Planning and implementation of measures to strengthen the employer brand (employer branding) and further development of personal marketing Organisation and implementation of general HR processes, in particular master data management, occupational safety measures and occupational retirement provision Support for expatriates, including support for housing search and administration Takeover of the disciplinary leadership responsibility for an HR employee

Completed training or studies in the field of personnel, economic law, psychology or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience as HR generalist, ideally in a medium-sized business environment Experience gained in the areas of human resources development, employer branding, labour and social security law, and preparatory pay billing/Payroll Knowledge of the application of HR software and joy in the further development of digital HR processes Impressed communication skills and a high level of empathy, openness and consulting skills Ability to work independently as well as in the team and take responsibility Hands-on mentality paired with organizational strength and structured working Interest and willingness to continuously develop and successfully implement new HR topics and processes flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
