As part of your activity, you will conduct the coverage and coverage audit as well as the damage management of the vehicle-related damages from the ADAC Protection Letter Insurance. In addition, the audit of invoices and the quality of processes, refunds and payments to ADAC members and third parties is in your area of responsibility. In addition, you correspond in writing and by phone to both our members and ADAC and assistance partners. You carry out regressions in insurance companies and prepare the annual accounts.

You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable training and can already provide a first professional experience, ideally in the area of damage regulation of insurance. Since in this position you communicate much with other people, a good expression in word and writing is the basis of your activity. In addition, you need good English skills for communication with our assistance partners, and another language would be advantageous. You control the 10-finger writing system securely and efficiently, in order to be able to work quickly and error-free even in the processing of extensive insurance documents and customer correspondence. You are empathic and quiet in dealing with customers.
