As a Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer (w/m/d), you contribute to how data protection and risk management are lived in an international context. Design structures that create trust – for colleagues, customers and partners worldwide. Your tasks: Ensure compliance: review of data protection regulations in processes, projects and contracts Documenting data protection: Maintaining internal data protection documents, including the collection of processing activities, management of incidents and processing of data subjects Risk management: Detection, assessment and monitoring of operational, digital and IT-related risks and development of appropriate countermeasures Living guidelines: Adapting and implementing internal rules of the Europ Assistance Group and ensuring accessibility and comprehensibility Share knowledge: Conception and implementation of practical training on data protection and risk awareness

Master's degree programme – ideally in the field of law, compliance, information security or business management At least three years of experience in data protection, risk management or audit – ideally in the insurance or financial sector The ability to control multiple topics at the same time, to set priorities and to work efficiently under time pressure honesty, confidentiality and a strong sense of sensitive issues Very good knowledge of German and English; French is a plus
